Ludica - mente Montessori

The Montessori-Science duo comes back again in Fermo with "Ludica-mente Montessori", a day full of science related meetings promoted by the Associazione Montessori Porto San Giorgio, Isc Nardi and the Fondazione Chiaravalle-Montessori set for Saturday the 4th of February from 9am to 5pm at the historical "Teatro dell'Aquila".

The event, within the science fair "Fermhamente", consists in two separate sessions with the following speakers:

MORNING (9am - 12:30am, free entrance, max 180 seats):

Openings: Paolo Calcinaro (Mayor of Fermo), Nicola Loira (Mayor of Porto San Giorgio), Alfio Albani (President of Fondazione Chiaravalle Montessori). Introduces Michela Melograni (President of Associazione Montessori Porto San Giorgio);

9:30am - Mario Valle (scientist and researcher at CSCS-Lugano) "A mental LEGO from child to scientist";

11:00am - Daniele Pasquazi (math and science professor) "Leonardo Da Vinci's geometric toys";

Montessori and the language, convention in Lanciano (CH) - 26/01

On Thursday January the 26th, starting at 5.30 pm in the Hall of conversation in Piazza del Plebiscito in Lanciano (CH), there will be a new chance to talk about Montessori during a convention promoted by the Associazione Montessori Lanciano and the FCM.

The event, named "The long trip of Maria Montessori within the Word and the words" will feature Prof. Luciano Mazzetti (Principal of Montessori International Centre in Perugia) and Mrs. Simona Brecciaroli (teacher and ONM trainer).

Montessori meeting "A school for life" in Lanciano

On Wednesday December the 21st last chance of 2016 to talk about Montessori with us and our President Mr. Alfio Albani.

The FCM will be guesting at the event "A school for life" (promoted by the Associazione Montessori Lanciano), that will take place at the "Casa di Conversazione" at Piazza del Plebiscito in Lanciano (CH) starting from 4 pm.

The event will also feature Eide Spedicato (University of Chieti) and Maria Ucci (President of the Associazione Montessori Lanciano)

Neurosciences and Montessori

The next chance to talk together about Montessori (along with other experts) will be on Friday the 18th, at 3 pm, at the Theatre of Porto San Giorgio (FM) with the convention "Neurosciences and Montessori".

The event will feature: Benedetto Scoppola (ONM President), Mario Valle (CSCS scientist) and our own President Alfio Albani.

A school for life: a job for life - Convention November the 4th and 5th

The Fondazione Chiaravalle Montessori, jointed with the national Irase, has the pleasure to introduce its new convention "A school for life: a job for life, from the nursery to the school/job alternation", which will take place in Chiaravalle on Friday and Saturday November the 4th and 5th.

In the files below you'll find the complete convention's program, the participation form and the needed work permit.

During said convention (Friday the 4th from 3 to 7pm, Saturday the 5th from 9am to 1pm) there will be keynotes speaker such as: the former Education Minister Luigi Berlinguer, Prof. Luciano Mazzetti, Prof. Marco Meneguzzo, School principal Rainer Halfar and many more.
Free admission, reservation required. All enrollments must be sent to ancona@irase.it by October the 28th.


Convention "Montessori: from the cosmic plan to the universal vision"

The Montessori Marche association, alongside with the “P. Soprani” institute of Castelfidardo and the Fondazione Chiaravalle Montessori, organizes the 2nd annual convention “Maria Montessori: from the cosmic plan to the universal vision”, which will take place on Saturday October the 15th at the Astra theatre of Castelfidardo (AN) – Italy.

The convention will be focused on Montessori’s cosmic education as an answer to the issue of complexity and multicultural education.

The convention will feature (in order of appearance):

-          Lucia Ferrati, reader and speaker, president of “Rete Teatrale del Teatro Stabile delle Marche”, Board member of Ente Olivieri;

-          Raniero Regni, Frofessor of Social Pedagogy at the Human Sciences department of LUMSA University in Rome and teacher at the "M. A. Paolini" Montessori Training Center of Perugia; 

-          Paola Collina, Montessori teacher and Opera Nazionale Montessori trainer;

-          Loredano Matteo Lorenzetti, University professor, pedagogist, specialised in psychology;

-          Sourour Pivion, French Montessori teacher and trainer;

-          Marco Falasca, expert in cooperative learning and author for INDIRE.

The event is sponsored by Opera Nazionale Montessori, Marche Region, School Office of the Marche Region and the Municipality of Castelfidardo.

"The Montessori method: a help for life", that's the title of our next public convention, scheduled for the 28th of July at 9:00 pm at the Sala Consiliare of the municipality of Martinsicuro (TE).

The evening will unfold as folows:

9:00 pm - Welcome adresses by public authorities;
